Requirements for all doors

Automatic Door Closer

• All doors must come with a automatic door closer

• The door thickness must be within 38mm to 80mm (normal standard for HDB and Condo), have to check for landed properties

Door with Grill Gates

• Houses fitted with grill gates must have a minimum distance of 70mm between the door and the gate handle

Requirements for doors with thumb press handles

• After replacement with Samsung 
lock, patching would be done at the area circled with wood putty or screw hole cover.
